The apartment:

4 bedrooms, 1.5ba. There is a garden and a basement for storage. The basement has an additional half bath, but we never use it.

We have 2 rooms open - your other two roommates are working professionals (27M / 34M). We keep the house clean and everyone is friendly!

The bedrooms:

$1550 -- Larger bedroom is ~160 sq ft + loft*
$1350 -- Smaller bedroom is ~95 sq ft + loft**

We have a larger room and a smaller room (available separately), both with lofts. The larger bedroom has one window facing the garden, while the smaller one has two windows facing the street.

*The larger bedroom has the apartment's door to the garden- the other roommates intermittently come through to have coffee or hang in the garden, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with that.

**The smaller bedroom's loft has less support- it is currently used for storage, but could put a mattress up there with some extra wood posts.

Lease details:

Current lease runs through 8/1, but this is our second year here.

About This Lister

In general it’s a relatively chill household. I like cooking daily and enjoying the outdoor garden/roof space when it’s nice out. My job is half in person/half remote working in sound, and travel semi-often. The other current roommate works from home. We do like to keep it clean and relaxed. Very important: we are a no shoes household.
