I am renting a 1500 sq ft. studio space in the heart of DTLA. This apartment building has a concierge, a rooftop pool, a patio, and a gym.

There are two elevators to get to all the floors, the rooftop pool requires some step walking. The doors open with a key fob.

The apartment has the basic kitchen amenities (no microwave), it is also in unit washer/dryer. I have fast wifi, a TV, and a sound system all set up as well which you're welcome to use.

The space is fully furnished, clean. The rules are:

- NO indoor smoking
- NO parties
- NO projects / filming

I am a talent manager from London, I've been living in this space for about a year now. I am toying with the idea of moving to New York, hence I am renting out my space.
