Hi there,
I’m subletting my lovely studio apartment on the Upper East Side, steps away from Carl Schurz Park and within walking distance to the Q train and plenty of great restaurants to explore.
It’s a 3rd-floor walk-up studio with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and enough space to comfortably work and relax. The apartment comes with an AC unit (currently removed for the winter). There is a washer and dryer in the basement. I do have a cat, but he’ll be staying at my girlfriend’s place while I’m away.
I genuinely love this place and am looking for someone who will take good care of it.

You will be required to sign a sublease agreement. A security deposit equal to half a month’s rent, along with the first month’s rent, is due on move-in. The sublet dates are May 1st through June 30th, with a possible extension through July depending on my work schedule.
