Hello, I'm looking for a regular "apartment swap buddy" who would be interested in recurrent apartment swapping with myself (London) and mostly New York (also open to other US cities!). I will be in NYC today until EOD Sunday 17 May so if any interested folk would like to meet in person and show me their place, that would be great.

My flat is a 1-bedroom "Victorian cottage" based in the Walthamstow area of London (NE London, zone 3 Tube). I own it and have lived here for 23 years - you'd be dealing solely with myself so no troublesome landlords! Likewise if folk are in London and would like to come by for a meet, please let me know.

I'm a designer and own a small creative agency with two friends in London. We're expanding our US operations at the moment and as I'm able to travel and work remotely I will be spending a lot of time in US in 2026/2027.
