DURATION:
1-3 months at least, 1 year or longer is better

RENT:
1st month September $1300 (and further prorated depending on when you move), then $2000/month after. All utilities included. $500 security deposit.

This is a rare walkable part of LA in the hip and artsy Silverlake area. Trendy shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries, convenience stores and parks all within a 10 min walk. Minutes to Sunset Junction, Griffith Park, DTLA by bus or car.
