Room has two north-facing windows, fits a full sized bed, has a generous closet and can fit a small desk. Split units in each room for heat/AC/fan. Living space is furnished with sofas, TV, and a dining table. Apartment is on second floor of a recently renovated walkup building. Gas stove, dishwasher, laundry in basement (coin or app). Bike storage and extra storage closet in basement. Roof access.

Roommates are one woman (she/her) and one queer man (they/them) in their early 30s. We are mature and respectful, keep the space clean and tidy. Our home is a sanctuary for us to unwind and watch a show, cook/meal prep and a productive work from home space, though we’re often out and about in our social time. Enjoy hosting the occasional dinner/get-together. One roommate is starting law school in the fall, the other works from home at a startup. You would be sharing a bathroom with the female roommate.

Utilities not included, average an additional $60-80 per month for internet, electric and gas.
