We (30F/24F) are looking to fill the largest room in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the border of Bedstuy and Bushwick to join our lease starting 9/1. We've enjoyed living in this apartment for 2 years and are resigning. Our current roommate is leaving as her sublease is over.

- Less than a 5 minute walk to the JMZ at Myrtle Broadway, access to multiple bus routes
- 24 Hour laundromat across the street

You'll share the apartment with two roommates: one (30/F) that works for herself and often works from home, and another (24/F) that works in retail and graphic design.

Roommate preferences: female, BIPOC, mid twenties to early thirties preferred, clean, organized, respectful, doesn't bring the party home, and good communicator. Being that there are three people sharing the apartment, we like to keep strict house cleaning rules (washing dishes after using, no dishes left overnight, etc) just to keep a happy and respectful home.
