- Location: Brooklyn, 5-8 min walk to the L,R or 6
- Size: 1.5 or 2 bedrooms + living room
- Furnished or unfurnished
- Laundry: Washer in-building
- Budget: Up to $3,000/month
- Timing: long-term lease (1 year +) starting September or October
- No basement or ground-floor units

We are a couple (graduate student + spouse), no pets, tidy and respectful tenants.
