I’m looking for a furnished sublet in Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, or Flatbush within 10 minutes walking distance to the subway, with a budget of $1700 and starting date of July 1 for 4+ months! My current sublet ends June 30, which is why I am looking!

I would love washer/dryer in unit or in building and a dishwasher if possible!

I work as a tutor and artist, and work in person Monday-Friday.

As a roommate, I am clean and tidy. I am also an ambivert and would love to chat with my roommate(s), while also respecting
their space.
