I’m looking for a place to stay in New York from December or January (ideally for 3 months) and offering my beautiful room in Paris in exchange.

Located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, between Canal Saint-Martin and Place de la République, the apartment sits in a quiet, elegant building surrounded by great cafés, wine bars, and restaurants. Metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is a bright and spacious 72m² Haussmann-style flat with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped with:

You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with my roommate Sara, a 35-year-old French creative director who previously lived in New York, and her adorable cat René. She’s friendly, respectful, and keeps a peaceful home environment.

We are looking for someone respectful, clean, and mindful of shared living.

I’m a photo curator and visual director based between New York and Paris, and the founder of the creative agency Triptyque (agencetriptyque.com). Originally from Montréal (French-Canadian), I moved to New York nearly ten years ago.
