- July move-in preferred, but flexible earlier or later

About This Lister

I work in tech and have lived in Hell's Kitchen the past four years. Quiet tenant — most of my time at home is spent reading, cooking, or meditating. Outside of that, I do improv for fun, Citi Bike everywhere, and love walking around the neighborhood, both quick laps of the block and longer wanders. Planning to stay at least two years. I want a quiet home to decompress. Lots of natural light and greenery.
