About This Lister

I work in the theater industry in a management role in New York City. I am originally from Korea and have lived in NYC for over 20 years.

I am friendly, open-minded, considerate, clean, quiet, and professional. I have lived in this apartment since 2017. I truly love this space and the neighborhood, and take very good care of the home.

I enjoy cooking when time allows, though my work schedule can occasionally be busy. I am respectful of shared spaces, value clear communication, and appreciate a calm, well-maintained living environment.

My office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional work-from-home days on Fridays. I am generally home in the evenings after work, though I sometimes cover shows for colleagues or spend time with friends. On weekends, I usually stay home or go to museums, theater performances, or cultural events.

This is a low-noise household with no parties. I am friendly but respectful of privacy. Guests are limited to occasional visitors only. I am a non-smoker.

I am a long-term NYC resident with stable employment in the theater industry and am looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate housemate who values a peaceful and respectful home, preferably for a long-term arrangement.
