The room has a big closet and great light, and the apartment is big and quite new. Room can fit a queen bed, couch, desk, and dresser. Will be subleasing from us for 6 months to a year, with the possibility to join the lease/renew longer if it’s a good fit. Preference is someone who wants to stay long-term if it’s a good vibe! Apt has no pests or bugs which is rare in NY 😇 and everything works super well (hot water, etc.)
