I'm a professional artist and educator (she/her) currently looking for another female roommate who is either in school or is also a young professional. I really enjoy living here because the apartment is in close proximity to many cafes, parks, and restaurants. The landlords are open to smoking on the stoop or back yard. Cat friendly. Whoever moves in would have the main room. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces. I like to have a cleaning schedule for shared spaces with housemates.

I am independent and participate in the arts. I keep myself busy with teaching and art projects, and I love going for walks. I am hoping to find a chill housemate who has goals.
