I’m looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment with a flexible move in date of 3/1, 4/1, or 5/1. I’m open to either a long term lease or a short term sublet as a bridge, for the right space. Unfurnished is ideal, though I’m open depending on the situation.
I’m hoping to find a clean apartment with good natural light. I’m not interested in basement or first floor units.
Ideally, the apartment would be close to public transportation, with a washer dryer in unit or laundry nearby, and within walking distance to grocery stores or markets. A simple, functional layout with good light is most important to me.
My budget is ideally around $3,000, with some flexibility for the right fit.
I’ve lived in Brooklyn for over 20 years, most recently in a landlord owned building, and I take very good care of my home. I keep my space clean and well maintained and would love to find a well cared for apartment in a smaller building, though I’m open to the right situation.
I’m looking for a solo living situation and am not seeking roommates.
Single occupant, no pets, steady income.
Thank you so much,
I’ve lived in Brooklyn for over 20 years and work in media. I’m a quiet, respectful tenant and keep my home clean, calm, and well cared for. I’m seeking a new place as I begin a new chapter and am hoping to find a space that feels stable, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I love film, art, travel, animals and enjoying the city.
