I’m looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment with a flexible move in date of 3/1, 4/1, or 5/1. I’m open to either a long term lease or a short term sublet as a bridge, for the right space. Unfurnished is ideal, though I’m open depending on the situation.

I’m hoping to find a clean apartment with good natural light. I’m not interested in basement or first floor units.

Ideally, the apartment would be close to public transportation, with a washer dryer in unit or laundry nearby, and within walking distance to grocery stores or markets. A simple, functional layout with good light is most important to me.

My budget is ideally around $3,000, with some flexibility for the right fit.

I’ve lived in Brooklyn for over 20 years, most recently in a landlord owned building, and I take very good care of my home. I keep my space clean and well maintained and would love to find a well cared for apartment in a smaller building, though I’m open to the right situation.

I’m looking for a solo living situation and am not seeking roommates.
