An ideal home for me feels both serene and energizing, kept clean and welcoming, and shared with people who are kind, reliable, and generally excited about the lives they’re building.

Budget: up to $2,000 for a room is ideal; up to $2,500 if there’s a real in-building gym.

Must-haves: Room that fits queen + desk + closet; solid door/walls for WFH (~3 days/wk); solid internet; natural light; proper healthy kitchen; secure package handling (package room/lockers/doorman/cameras). Walk-up OK to 3rd floor; laundry flexible.

House vibes: clean, peaceful, high-positive energy; I prefer quiet hours 10p–7a on most days; clear, kind communication; cleaners 2×/mo OK. No smoking/420 in common areas. I might be allergic to pets but I love them so would be happy to spend some time and see if it works.
