Hi Listing Community,

I'm looking for a drawing space with a window in Greenpoint or Williamsburg. I don't need much space but ideally there is an outdoor area (I don't smoke or vape, but enjoy breaks outside).

I have a full time 9-5 so I would be using this space on evenings and weekends mostly. I would like to keep art supplies in the space, a table and two stools.

I would like to commit to 3-6 months. My price range is on the lower end.

Would love to hear if you think you have a space that might fit!

I'm an artist with a busy day job that I juggle. I'm originally from Canada and moved to New York 14 years ago. I have a masters from ITP and while I'm interested in developing my art practice in the direction of drawing only at this time I'm also working in 3D rendering. I'm quiet and responsible and mostly listen to audiobooks on my headphones while I work.
