Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a short-term apartment sublet in Manhattan. I'm flexible on the dates but approximately the month of November thru December 4. (I have something starting Dec. 4.)

I am friendly and responsible and would take great care of your place. I do not have pets although I love animals, especially dogs. I am a writer and photographer and I recently began working as a background extra for movies, TV and commercials. I am an environmentalist and live a healthy and mostly vegan lifestyle. I also have an affiliate marketing website for eco-friendly products. It’s Good as Dirt dot com.

I am middle age, quiet and enjoy biking, walking in Central Park and going to museums and lectures. I don’t have parties or listen to loud music or loud TV. I don’t smoke, I’m respectful of neighbors and love getting to know the neighborhood where I’m living.

I have excellent local references, including people from whom I’ve sublet apartments or rooms in the recent past. Also happy to stay with pets or house sit if you’re going away during this time.
