LCSW looking for private office space for my therapy practice. I work mostly with artists/performers, so a bit unconventional may work as long as it's private, peaceful, and has decent sound absorption.

What I need:

160+ sq ft
Window(s)
Private room with good sound management
Manhattan: up to 25th St OR above 55th St in Midtown, or West Side
Hope to start in January, but flexible for a bit later in the year.

Looking for long-term arrangement, if it's the right fit. Up to $2500/mo could work, but prefer lower.

Open to creative spaces, shared suites, or anything that checks the boxes.
