We're looking for a roommate. Preference for women. We live in the top unit of a 2-family brownstone.
You'll have 2 roommates. Myself, Jordane (late 20's M) co-landlord, and Lauren(30's F). You'll be sharing a wall and bathroom with Lauren, hence the preference for women.
We prioritize good vibes. We regularly spent time together in the shared spaces.
Lauren's cat is sometimes with us. We accept pets on a case by case basis.
Everyone has separate leases. Preferred leases lengths of 1 year and greater.
The Apartment will be available November 1st.
No brokers fee.
