I am looking to sublet the second bedroom in a beautiful and spacious two-bedroom apartment on a quiet street in Crown Heights. It's a good-sized room with a large closet and lots of natural light. The floor plan allows both of us to have plenty of privacy, but I'm also hoping to build a friendly roommate relationship! I’ve been in the neighborhood for a while and enjoy going to the bars and restaurants in the area.

I am 35, work in the area enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking, yoga, museums, gardening, and watching tv. I don't drink so please no booze in the common area and no big partiers (420 ok in your bedroom).

Living room and kitchen are already fully furnished and decorated. I have pots, pans, plates, etc. Cute little dining nook which is so nice for meals, a furnished living room, tv, and a ton of streaming subscriptions. Utilities are between 100-150 in the Winter and times AC isn’t in use. In the Summer depending on whether you have an AC or not we either split the full electric bill or if you don't have an AC you pay 1/3 the electric bill.

My cat, Eliza, will also be living here, so finding a cat lover is an absolute must. She's sweet, quiet, and shy and spends most of her day sleeping in my room where her food and litter box are located. Unfortunately, she does not do well with other animals, so I'm not able to accept anyone with a pet of their own.

I'm looking for a roommate who's at least in their late 20's, has proof of income that isn't completely remote, and wants to maintain a clean, chill, and respectful environment in our home. Also please share your vaccination status when you inquire.
