This is a MASSIVE artist's loft, third floor walk up — 1,600 sq ft with 12-16 ft ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, and one bathroom. Upon entrance into the apartment, there is a private switchback staircase with a landing that doubles as a shared entryway/shoe area before the loft opens at the top (no shoes inside kinda home, iykyk).

I’m Katelynn (she/her) 👋 friendly, thoughtful, communicative, and very clean. I’m in my early 30s and have been in NYC for almost 7 years. I work a hybrid schedule as a full-time personal assistant and I’m a part-time ceramicist. In my downtime I go to yoga, Muay Thai, and other classes. I like 🍃, to watch TV, read, hang with friends, luv to beach, the usual. I also volunteer with CVTC (a local survivor support nonprofit). I host friends and family a couple times a year and travel often myself. Aaaand I have one of the best cats you’ll ever meet named Whiskey 😺 I’ve put a lot of work into making this place my home and a peaceful place to be, and hope to share it with someone who can add to the good energy! 🏳️‍🌈🩷💜💙
