Looking for TWO (2) ROOMMATES to join my new lease!

Ideal applicants are FEMALE and aged 26-34 who want a PERMANENT APARTMENT (6+ months) and are looking for some bonus friendship/community out of their living situation.

Move-in date is flexible.

THE APARTMENT:

This is a recently renovated Prime Bushwick 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Short walk from MORGAN / JEFFERSON L trains and Maria Hernandez Park. 14-minute walk from M trains.

Three large bedrooms, central AC, roof access, shared laundry in the building. Option for private bathroom!

The bedrooms are approximately equal in size (~ 8.8" x 11.5") and have large windows and closets.

I am just moving in myself (July 16), so I have not decorated yet. Let's collab!

We are on the 5th floor (no elevator!) but have a great roof right outside our front door.

I'm a 28-year-old female who has lived in NYC for 10 years. I work in documentary film and do lots of improv / socializing / volunteering in my free time. I also like to spend time at home cooking and reading, and can be a bit introverted.
