Location - anywhere in Manhattan below 125th street - prefer further downtown though.

I would like to buy immediately.

The apartment must have:
An elevator
A way of securely receiving packages if no doorman,
A view of some kind - the higher and lighter the better - no internal views or brick walls

Ideally a one bedroom with great closet space, a terrific view, and doorman - centrally located.

The price I am willing to pay depends on the combined charges per month for maintenance and mortgage.

That would be about 4000 per month - slightly flexible.

I am pre- approved for a mortgage.
