My husband, 12 year old daughter and myself are looking for someone to swap apartments with for July and Aug. Your apartment in Boston for our place in Brooklyn. We will only consider swaps with people in Boston MA as that is where we need to be for the summer. We are also happy to do pet sitting. We have a 6 pound well behaved toy poodle that travels with us.

Our spacious light-filled 3 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a small 8 unit coop building. The building was built in 1900 and is filled with period details. The 1400 square foot space with tall 10.5 foot ceilings and windows on all sides. We get reliable wifi in all parts of the apartment, and have two desks in the front living room/library with a large bay window. A separate dining room in the back of the apartment off the kitchen is a great space to entertain and unwind.

This is a prime location in Bed-Stuy-a beautiful brownstone block near great restaurants, wine bars, and the C train at Kingston Throop, express A train at Nostrand, B26 bus right across the street.

The apartment can be viewed in person or virtually by appointment.
