Looking for a swap, ideally in upstate NY (in and around Kingston, Ulster / Dutchess / Delaware county) but flexible for other locations! Looking for anywhere from 1-6 weeks or so and would also be up for unconventional swaps (non-consecutive weeks, etc.).

My space is a one bedroom in an excellent Fort Greene location, within 5m of the park with tons of transit options and amenities close by. The apartment has north/south facing windows with lots of natural light and a recently renovated kitchen. There's one large bedroom and a living space with couch, work station, and island dining setup. I have a washer/dryer combo in unit and well-stocked kitchen. The unit is a second floor walk-up with no elevator.
