Walking distance to many great coffee shops, bars, and a 30 min walk to Sunset Junction/Erewhon. Happy to give local recs!

The apartment itself is on the top floor of a 2-story historic building (walk-up). It has many original features such as built in shelves & cabinets, hardwood floors, a cast iron tub, decorative tile, an antique stove, casement windows, etc. There is incredible sunlight during the day, plenty of space to work from home, and a fully equipped kitchen (both the Atwater & Hollywood farmers markets are about a 10 min drive on Sundays).

Laundry in basement (coin operated), one (1) street parking pass (two upon request), smart TV (in bedroom but can easily be moved), speedy wi-fi, private entrance shared with one other apartment, small pack porch area.
