My place: 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1.5 bath stand alone house. Walking distance to Silver Lake Erewhon and Los Feliz All Time. Private enclosed back yard. Washer and Dryer. Fancy Espresso machine. Peaceful, walkable, friendly neighborhood. One parking space, but street parking is easy too.

I'm seeking a place in North Brooklyn, South Brooklyn, or Downtown Manhattan. I would need to bring my two well behaved Pomeranians.
