1,500 sq ft townhouse style apartment from the 1920s with many original details. The house is full of design pieces, antiques, and a 9 ft floating bookcase. There are two floors, with both bedrooms on the second floor. You would be taking the larger bedroom. You would be sharing the apt with my roommate. We are an artist and a journalist, late 20s, male.

Roommate works hybrid in-office/remote so we would prefer someone who would be working out of the house. There are plenty of cafes nearby if you do work remote.

We also have a cat. His name is Sonny. He is friendly and quiet and doesn't shed. He is very cute.
