We are looking for quiet, clean, and responsible tenants who share this mindset. While New York summers are full of outdoor fun, we kindly ask that parties are kept outside and not brought into the house.

Sadly, no pets are allowed. We’re animal lovers ourselves, but unfortunately, our landlord doesn’t allow any animals in the building.
