This is a private basement apartment—simple, but very comfortable. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, making it a great and affordable way to enjoy New York without sacrificing comfort or privacy. It’s an excellent option for extended vacations or for those arriving in NYC and needing a temporary place while searching for a long-term home.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from the J Line subway station, with plenty of supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars nearby.

It’s a perfect place to rest, work, and have a solid base during your stay in New York.

This apartment is usually my home, but I’m a frequent traveler. I’d love to help make your stay as pleasant and smooth as possible.

I’m a documentary photographer and multimedia artist working both in the U.S. and internationally. I occasionally sublet my place when I’m traveling for work, and I do my best to make your stay both affordable and enjoyable.

As someone who is often a guest in other people's homes, I look to always respect their rules and expectations, and I take great care of the spaces I stay in. I kindly ask for the same level of respect when someone stays in my home. I hope and do all I can for you to have a pleasant stay. Previous experiences have worked pretty well for both sides.

I’ll be showing the apartment in the coming days, although depending on availability, a trusted friend might take your visit instead. I’ll be personally handling the subletting process either way.
