I live in a lovely 1.5 bedroom apartment in the heart of Greenpoint.

1/2 block from the G train, next to a bus stop, a bank of Citi Bikes, and down the block from the Ferry. I'ts also right next to the delicious, popular bakery - Radio Bakery!

The apartment has a large bedroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, office/studio space, and sweet little bathroom. There is a dishwasher, high-speed internet, a smart TV with a bunch of streaming services, and 2 ACs.

The space is cozy and clean. I may have things but I like to keep things organized and above all clean.

It is in a 1930s, classic, 3-unit building with lovely neighbors. Old school NY vibes.

The neighborhood is really wonderful! Peaceful for NYC while still having LOTS of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Truly some of the best food is right around me!

It is close to the water, where you can enjoy the views and some much needed breeze, as well as being right next to Williamsburg, and close to midtown Manhattan.

It's really a gem of a neighborhood.
