The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and nice light. The bedrooms has a decently-sized closet. There’s also an extra small room next to the bedroom with a desk and storage space.
Common spaces include a kitchen with a good amount of counter space, a living room with a dining area, a small storage room, and a bathroom (with tub).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building in Ridgewood. There is no elevator. It’s a 6 minute walk to M Seneca stop, and 10 minute walk to the L Myrtle-Wyckoff stop. There are at least two grocery stores within walking distance, and there's a laundromat a short walk down the block.
Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and even a yoga studio in walking distance, but the block itself is calm and quiet. It’s a great spot. There's central heating and cooling, but you probably won't need it in Sept and Oct.
Utilities in the Fall are usually about $110.
I've lived here for about 3 years and love the space and neighborhood. Autumn in Ridgewood is going to be absolutely lovely. I won't be here during the sublet, and am getting a new roommate TBD for 9/1/25. I'm currently interviewing people and will be choosing someone clean, considerate, and friendly!
A roommate reference (you'll be living with my roommate) and approval by my landlord.
The landlord will have you fill out an application form with your income info and add supporting documents (three most recent payroll stubs or last years tax returns and proof of current employment if only recently hired. Ok of course to black out sensitive numbers). They’ll also do a “soft” credit check, as in, it won’t affect your score.
Pets are welcome.
