I am a single female who currently works from 9-6. I renovated the GH during Covid and had been using it as an extra work space and pilates studio.

I feel it could be better utilized as a residence since the fires displaced so many. Of course, the pilates equipment, treadmill, and personal items will all be cleared out for a tenant. I can provide some of the other furniture if desired, including a double bed.

I will be showing the GH and also the point person on all aspects of the rental process.
