This furnished apartment in a building with 3 other apartments.
my apt is on the 2nd floor.
It has high ceilings and wood floors though there are rugs in 2 of the rooms
There are 5 rooms, windows in the front and back of the space.\
The bathroom is small--there is a bathtub in it .with shower -(great pressure) and the bedroom is also small --it has a window in it.. I use one room as my studio--there is a desk in it.
There is a 6th room which I will store my things in..
It is important for me to have a very quiet person or couple here.. and please be great with plants.
Pets are not allowed here and no smoking allowed
The neighborhood is excellent--lots of stars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk..And a 2 minute walk to McCarren Park..Please tell me something about yourself.
