Tucked on a beautiful, quiet street walking distance from both Sunset Junction and Virgil Village, I'm looking for someone to take care of my space while I'm out of town for a bit. **All clutter in the photos will of course be dealt with before your arrival!**

This is a lovely, quiet, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with everything: utilities included, Frame smart TV with a great sound bar, a desk with a second monitor, a small workout space with a Peloton and plenty of dumbbells, a kitchen with *almost* all the appliances a chef could want (toaster oven, Kitchenaid, microwave, food processor, brand new pots and pans, but no dishwasher...sorry!), comfy couch and easy chair, and a private courtyard in the building. Laundry is in a private, secure room in the building and usable via app. I'm on the second floor—building has a secure front door and then one flight of stairs to get to me. Very serene!

Unfortunately, it's street parking only, but I rarely have any trouble finding a spot nearby, and this is one of the rare walkable neighborhoods in LA—I'm walkable to endless fun bars, amazing restaurants, cute stores, and things to do.

I've lived (and worked from home) here for two years and absolutely love it. I have some flexibility with dates on both ends, and would love to find someone to take good care of the place while I'm traveling!
