I’m subletting my beautiful and cozy loft apartment starting August 1st, 2025, for either short (Minimum one week), or longer-term stays. It’s a unique space with high ceilings, exposed brick, and lovely details throughout. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook, work from home, or simply relax, especially in the cozy Brooklyn backyard.

The kitchen was recently renovated, and the bathroom is brand new, making the space even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Rent includes all utilities (electricity, heat, and WiFi). A discount will be applied to monthly stays.

The apartment is just a 6-minute walk to the L train and about 8 minutes to the M, J, and G trains. It’s located near the junction of Manhattan Avenue and Meserole Street, in a vibrant neighborhood full of coffee shops, vintage stores, and lots of local charm.

It’s an ideal space for one person or a couple.
