Located on the second story of a two-story building, this furnished one-bedroom in Forest Hills has a large, walk-in kitchen, multiple skylights, fancy AC and heating units in every room. It's just a couple blocks from a Trader Joe's, Staples, Home Depot and on an avenue with a number of restaurants, shops, etc. It is a 15 minute walk to the E/F express subway lines or the M/R local lines as well as the LIRR directly into Manhattan. It's a neighborhood with big beautiful houses all around and Forest Hills Park is just a few blocks away. Sorry, no pets but open to couples.
We are a working actor couple, heading out of town to do a play in Minnesota! We are clean but the apartment is an older girl so she's got a couple bruises (rough floorboard here and there, looser cabinet) but we take very good care of her. Great light, great space. We love our record player and good wine and enjoy long cooking sessions in the kitchen. I use she/her pronouns and my partner uses he/him.
Of course August rent would be prorated, but September rent would also be required up front. Utilities not included and usually work out to $120-$150 for internet and electric.
