I am subletting my beloved apartment on the ground floor of a brownstone, in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant while I am away for three months. Well-equipped and located on a quiet street a few blocks away from the express A train at Utica, the apartment is warm and peaceful and will have everything you need to make you feel comfortable and at home.

The laudromat is a block away and the neighborhood has a lot to offer including nice parks, and lots bars, cafes, and restaurants.
