We are subletting our lovely second bedroom in Echo Park (Chinatown / Downtown adjacent). The house is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath original craftsman with outdoor space.

The shared living areas are very spacious with a large living room, separate dining room and decently sized kitchen. Backyard is very chill with a seating area, grill and fire pit :) Kitchen is FULLY stocked and you are welcome to use whatever you need.

Your room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed and an empty closet and dresser (hangers included). There is also a desk, chair and a TV that has Hulu, HBO and Netflix signed in and ready for you! Both bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom (tub+shower) and downstairs has a half bath. We also have an in unit washer and dryer.

The sublet opportunity is pretty flexible. We have had really great people come through here who are transitioning to LA from various cities. It's a great landing pad and the neighborhood is pretty lively and central, as it is super close to pretty much every highway. From the house, you can walk to coffee, restaurants, dodgers stadium and various types of shops. We are ideally looking for 1-3 month sublet and open to whatever gender you identify with. All we ask is you are chill, clean, considerate and cool with gays lol.

BTW, the house is on a steep-ish incline and there are stairs leading to our front door and up to the bedrooms. It would be a little challenging if your mobility is limited. There is ample street parking and the neighborhood is friendly.

Rent is $1,850 a month or $600 a week - which includes all utilities. No other pets, sorry!

We are a queer female couple with a really sweet black cat (named Booger!). One of us works full time in construction and owns a cabinet business on the side. The other is a full time graduate student focusing on landscape architecture. We are both professional adults who are out of the house during the day and home most nights during the week. We really enjoy cooking, gardening, DIY projects and hanging with our friends. We stay pretty busy but also cherish our chill time at home.
