Moving out of my awesome studio apartment in Bed Stuy with sweet neighbors, super on-site, great landlord. Well-maintained brownstone building with lots of charm. Lots of sunlight in the apartment, and super cozy. Kitchen is great and in its own little nook, bathroom is spacious, and there's a gorgeous decorative fireplace. I'm super sad to be leaving!
It's on the 3rd floor (up one flight of stairs) and there are 4 floors in the whole building, 2 units each floor. Very respectful neighbors, laundromat nearby, attentive super, close to Nostrand AC.
Would also be so happy to discuss selling some of my larger items (solid wood full-size bed and mattress, AC unit, couch, small dining table with chairs) because really I just want this apartment to go to the right person and for that person to be comfy!

Year-long lease, rent is $2100. standard documents needed to move in (credit report, bank statements, pay stubs etc) and you'd need first months' rent, security deposit (equal to one months' rent), and an application fee. Landlord runs a quick background check also.
