Our charming and spacious one-bedroom apartment on the Lower East Side is available for a few months while we're out of town. It's within walking distance of lots of great bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, like Ost coffee shop, Eastwood (bar with Mediterranean food), Dimes restaurant, Kiki's (Greek food) and Le Gaz coffee (insane Vietnamese coffee).

The apartment features wood floors, a cozy bedroom, an office and a fully equipped kitchen. It's situated on the fifth floor of a large elevator building and gets nice light in the morning.

The eat-in kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, regular coffee maker, Nespresso maker, dishwasher and lots of other appliances.

The large living room has a gigantic brand new television for all your watching needs and overlooks a large courtyard. In addition to the desk and monitor in the office, there's a second monitor setup for working in the living room. Wifi, electricity, etc. are included.

The building is family-oriented (i.e., quiet) and next to an arts center. Washers and dryers are located in the basement. For groceries and other items or entertainment, Trader Joe's, Target and Regal Cinema are a short walk away.

As far as public transit The F train is about an 8-minute walk toward either the East Broadway station or Delancey/Essex. Several bus routes also run through the area.
