I live in Neukölln 12053, in a calm street right next to the u7 in a very lively area full of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars. The flat is also within walking distance of two of the most beautiful parks in Berlin, Tempelhof and Körnerpark.

I live with my two cats, Thelonious and Elza. They are both very friendly and used to visits; Thelonious is a star who loves attention and belly scratches while Elza is more shy and very sweet. They have access to a big closed litterbox (to contain smells), automatic feeder, and a water fountain. Utilities are included in the price, but guests are asked to take on cat duties, mostly making sure all automated feeding/drinking setups are running, and cleaning the litterbox once a day. I offer a reduced rate of $350/week for someone experienced with cats who can take care of them during the stay. The cats are very friendly and low-maintenance, with an automatic feeder, water fountain, and large litter box, so daily care is minimal.

The flat is 50 m2, with hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is desk space, and there are windows on both sides. The kitchen and bathroom have south-facing windows with morning sun, and the bedroom and living room get a lot of light, especially at the end of the day. ​
