My luminous Paris apartment with east west facing windows overlooking Bastille and the biggest fresh produce market in Paris on Thursdays and Sundays.

559 sqft/. 52M2 , huge bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are only 4 units in the building. I have weekly cleaning services that costs 45-60 Euro each time and would love for you to continue while I'm away.

Available from November 8 until beginning of April. Dates flexible and stays flexible, but priority given to those staying for the full time, or at least 1 month.

It's on a 4th floor of a walkup (no elevator) .

This is my home and I have lots of plants that I've lovingly cared for and prefer a single responsible person who values a beautiful, peaceful home space and has a green thumb.

It's across the street from the 5 metro, and 4 minutes to Bastille station with the 1, 8, 5.

Location is amazing with restaurants, bars, and the beauty of Paris around.
