Come stay in my space while I’m traveling! No pets, sorry. Couples or single people welcome.

• Fully-attended high rise doorman building includes amenities like a gym, outdoor terrace with BBQ grills and children's playground.
• Apartment will come fully furnished with tenant’s personal furniture (this is a short-term sublet while I am traveling). It’s 750 sq ft street-side, faces east and receives bright morning light.
• Apartment has in-unit laundry, Phillips Hue bulbs, dishwasher, modern finishes, stainless steel appliances and large soaking bathtub.
• Queen BeautyRest mattress in large bedroom with walk-in closet.
• Convenient easy transportation, immediate access to A, C, B, Q, R, F, G, 2, 3, & 4, 5 trains, plenty of Citi Bike stations.
• Rent includes utilities. Will be required to pay upfront via Venmo or Zelle.

I’m a PR executive on sabbatical who’s curated her home after a wonderful 5 years of living there. it’s very important that you are a clean person who takes care of my space! The neighbors on the floor are friendly, though you have no direct neighbors so it’s OK to make some noise in the apartment.

I will be your contact for your time in the apartment, and manage everything with my doorman online, who know that I have been subletting. Unfortunately I won’t be able to show it to you in person but the photos do it justice!
