The studio is located inside a luxurious, private and accessible building, (literally) steps away from Central Park West. Seated between Columbus and CPW and a stone's throw away from the 1 and B/C trains, the studio boasts marble finishings, wooden floors and a large private window that fills the space of the living area. A full bathroom and kitchen, it includes a dishwasher, cabinet space, a storage closet and privacy screen with blackout curtains. The building has an elevator, rooftop space, doormen, a gym, and laundry. It is beautiful and furnished, complete with a queen sized bed and a quaint and comfortable couch. The rent includes the internet.
The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, upscale and full of restaurants, grocery shops, a Starbucks, cleaners, schools, and many other accessible shops and services, all within a block walk! The bus also stops at the end of the street. The space is clean and available for a single person with no pets. It is a quiet building, family friendly, and also a mere block away from Central Park, the Natural History Museum and any luxury you can possibly want in this tiny microcosm of the upper west side.
Very willing to FaceTime or show in person! I posted pics without the furnishings, but I am most happy to accommodate to help you decide that my place is the BEST place this summer for you. I feel very at home and have to go home to film in LA but whoever wants this place, you will fall in love. I know I did!
