Amazing river and city views: East river, FiDi, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn bridge, Manhattan bridge. Tons of natural light. Very short walk to the water in a vibrant, clean, upscale neighborhood. 3-minute walk to Brooklyn bridge or Manhattan bridge.

Subway lines: F, A, C, 2, 3

Dogs and cats are welcome.

In the apartment:
- central heat and AC - control your own temp
- dish washer

- bluetooth wall speakers
- everything’s new

In the building (Bridgeview apartments:
- nearly 360 degree view on the rooftop
- great gym
- beautiful working spaces
- front desk staffed most hours
- movie theater
- game room
- laundry room. They can put laundry in your unit, but I used the space as a closet
- elevator

I rent this space. I currently live in it but will be moving to the west coast to be with family. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in Dumbo.
