Hi! I live here with my husband and our cat. We both work from home and absolutely love this space. It has everything you need. I work online in marketing, and I also teach yoga, so having so many amazing yoga studios nearby is a dream.

The best restaurants and cafés are just around the corner. We love this apartment so much, but we’ll be heading to the U.S. for a few months to visit my husband’s family.

Rental requirements

Move-in date is June 5th, move out date is October 15th, but happy to coordinate timing that works best for both sides.

A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required to secure the space, along with first month’s rent upon move-in.

Utilities are not included.

Happy to provide a lease agreement and keep the process simple and transparent. References may be requested.

Pets Policy

No pets preferred. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for quiet, well-trained pets.
