It's a one bedroom, with doorman, gym in building, deck with an unobstructured view of Manhattan, and a pool.

I am a digital nomad and will be traveling out of the country during these times but I love this apartment; you can watch the ferries from the water, enjoy a sunset over the cityscape every night, and lay out on the deck with an entire skyline view of the city.

Prefer to rent to someone who can take longer chunks of time!
