⚠️ Guarantor(s) must earn 80-100 times the monthly rent of the apartment
In order to take over the lease, you must complete an application and be approved by the leasing company.
Applications require the following documents:
If you are employed:
→ Employment letter stating current salary and length of employment
→ A current bank statement
→ 2 recent pay-stubs, 4 if you are compensated weekly
→ Photocopy of government-issued ID
→ Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)
→ Tax returns for the last two (2) years
If you are self-employed:
→ A current bank statement
→ Photocopy of government-issued ID
→ Tax returns for the past two (2) years
→ A certified public accountant (CPA) letter stating your annual salary.
→ Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)
If you are a student:
→ A current bank statement
→ Photocopy of government-issued ID
→ A copy of your student identification
→ Acceptance letter or most recent class schedule
If you are a guarantor:
→ A completed application
→ An employment letter stating current salary and length of employment
